CL-- A playful Chloe tells him, the last one to the table buys the next round and beats him to it. Score! Chance goes whatever, the only reason why she is sitting in that chair right now is because he is such a gentleman, and let her sit first. Chloe was banking on that. Then she sees Mac at that counter, and goes off to see her. She remarks that Billy usually calls for a baby update at the end of the day, and she hasn't heard from him yet. So either they reversed the ruling for using cell phones in the hospital, or Colleen's taken a turn for the worse. Mac explains that, it's been a rough 24 hours for the Abbott family.

Abbott Manor--Finally we see Noah, missed him. He is really sorry and came to came to check on Abby. She was so upset last time he talked to her. Jack replies, that Abby's still asleep. They were all so messed up when they got home last night. Noah says Nick and Vicki pulled a couple of all-nighters themselves. Jack asks, any word on Victor? Noah replies, he was still being operated on when he left. Billy asks, is there anybody else he needs to call regarding the funeral? Jack replies, no, he will make the rest of the calls. Unpleasant Billy is out of here. Noah guesses, he doesn't need to ask how he feels about TGVN getting Colleen's heart. Jack tells him, don't worry about Billy. Then Sharon calls Noah, asking if he has any plans for tomorrow? Noah was actually going to come up to the hospital for a visit. Sharon is glad she caught him, because has return to her room at AC. Noah asks wasn't she supposed to be there for a full 30 days? Sharon wants to talk about this in person? Then hangs up on him. A worried Noah, says that something's wrong with his Mom. Jack looks concerned.

Memorial Hospital--An impatient Victoria thinks it's been too long. What's going on in there? JT will see what he can find out and she thanks him. Nick passes on the caffeine that Phyllis offers to get him. I was glad to see Neil walk through that door. It's like been a month Neil explains that he got back into town.Business trip or more like writers weren't interested in writing for him Lily told him what happened with Colleen and TGVN. How is he? Nikki doesn't know. They're waiting to hear. Neil asks, when did she get back? Nikki says, right after TGVN was shot. Neil asks, where’s Ashley?

Meanwhile in her room, Ashley asked some info on TGVN's surgery. She says to the baby that TGVN has to make it. After everything my sister's been through and for the sake of her little girls, he has to be okay. "Doesn't he, baby girl?"

CL-- Chloe explains that Colleen and her were not close, and pretty sure that she hated her for breaking up Lane. But, she was really tight with Billy. She is sure he's a mess. Chance suggests she go see for herself as Billy is at the counter. She will be right back. She says hi as Billy hugs her. She heard about Colleen. Is he okay? Billy asks, what does she think? She can't believe that Traci gave Colleen's heart to TGVN of all people. No kidding Billy retorts, don't get him started. Just to think that the guy who's responsible for Colleen's death is going to end up with the best part of her. It turns her stomach. Chloe understands. Billy admits what weird is, he doesn't know. Now that it's happening, he guesses this part of him wants it to work. That way, she's not completely gone. Chloe knows, it would be torture, after deciding to give up her heart, and then if it couldn't work for someone and help save someone else's life? Yeah, even if it's TGVN's. Billy thanks her for getting it. Chloe smiles, ask if wants to have a cup of coffee? Talk? Billy asks if he can call her later or something? He thanks her and kisses her on the head. A sad Chloe sees Billy hugs Mac in the patio area.

Hospital--Vicki on the phone with the sitter. She says, just give him a kiss and tell him that she miss him. Nick says, if she needs to go--. Vicki doesn't. Reed is just a little fussy. He hasn't seen much of her or J.T. Victor is in surgery for hours. Take a break and see him Sheesh! Lately. At least, he doesn't have to worry about it. His baby hasn't been born yet and doesn't know the difference. He looks pained. She asks if, is something wrong? A teary Nick admits that Sharon went into labor, and they lost the baby. Vicki hugs him and is so sorry, he should have said something. Nick explains, with what Dad's going through, he didn't want to talk about it. Besides, she's gone. Faith is gone. There's nothing that they can do about it.

Nikki thanks Michael on the phone. She will call him as soon as she knows anything. Phyllis asks, how is holding up? Nikki was thinking the last time she was in this hospital, it was Summer. She don't think she had ever prayed so hard. Phyllis just wants her to know she is praying for TGVN, too, despite what he did. An appreciated Nikki thanks her, that can't be easy. Phyllis says it is, if she chooses to do it for Nick, and her. So, She is sure, that she knows that he suffered a lot of loss recently. Nikki says, so she knows. Phyllis if she means Sharon's baby, and the fact that her husband's the father, right? Nikki is so sorry. She know how difficult that must have been to hear. Phyllis sigh and knows, Nick is hurting, and she would do anything to bring that baby back, just at least so he could say good-bye. He didn't get that chance. He never will. Nikki looks sad. There is no reason to say good-bye, his daughter is still alive. But kidnapped by that bastard Adam to give to Ashley

AC--Cassie theme song plays as Sharon looks at the ultrasound picture and wipes away the tears. Noah arrives and she tells that he didn't have to come. She asks, Jack what he is doing here? Jack replies that Noah said she sounded upset on the phone. Noah could tell that she had been crying. Jack asks, did something happen at the psych hospital? Then he realizes that she isn't Did she have the baby? Sharon reveals she didn't make it. There were some complications, and she just never took a breath. Noah is sorry and hugs her. He knows how much that little girl meant to her. He tells Jack, that she was his baby, too. It's an awkward moment. Sharon, keeps the lying act, telling Jack, she is sorry, she didn't let him know sooner. It's just with everything going on, and then the judge let her leave before the 30 days were up after everything she went through. Noah is sure, they want to talk. He is going to go call Dad, see if there's any word from Grandpa.
Afterwards Jack asks, why didn't she tell him, he wasn't the father? Sharon didn't see the point. The baby's gone. Jack is right, he could still find outespecially from Nick, Nikki, Vicki, Victor. Sharon argues, he isn’t. Jack points out that, he doesn't know that. A teary eyed Sharon can't. Because she don't want him to hate her. She already lost Cassíe and this baby. She doesn't want to lose him, too. He's all she has left.While I feel her pain, lying about it will only make it worse

Jack states, Noah could never hate her. A worried Sharon said, he tried to get his emancipation from her. She can only imagine how he is going to feel when he finds out that she not only lied to him, she didn't tell Nick that he was the baby's father. She knows this is a lot to ask, but please, just let her do this her way. She promise she will tell him, just not today. Jack replies, fine, as long as she tells him. He assumes, Nick knows about everything? Sharon says, unfortunately, he found out after the fact, and he was devastated, especially since neither of them were able to hold her. The doctor said(lied) that she was just in really bad shape, and he thought that it would be better off that they not see her. Only now, she just keep picturing her in her mind. Her little Faith(as she gets emotional). Jack asks, if she just said "Faith" Sharon replies, that's the name she gave her before the baby was born. Why? Jack reveals, that's what Ashley named her baby. Sharon looks surprised.

Hospital-Ashley introduces her "Dear Friend" Neil to Faith. Neil jokes that he isn't sure the TGVN considers her a dear friend since he started working for the competition. Ashley says, deep down inside, he knows he never gave him a choice.
Isn't she perfect? Neil agrees as Ashley laughs.
Neil says, she reminds me a lot of Lily when Lily was an infant. Ashley has been thinking of Sweet Lily, lately with the cancer, losing her best friend. She must be going through hell. Neil says, she has been through a real rough time. She has also shown incredible strength? She's taught him a lesson or two about how to get through rough times with grace. Ashley, should have a talk with her about Abby. She's going to go through some rough times once the dust settles. Neil thinks that Abby will be absolutely fine. She's got her. And once TGVN is on the mend, she'll be able to face things together. From the look on Ashley's face, don't think so. But I really liked their scenes together

Phyllis notes that Nick barely had the chance to digest the fact that this baby was his before he had a chance to grieve it. Nikki is sure whatever the reason was for Sharon not wanting to tell him, it had to be a difficult decision. Phyllis points out that doesn't change the fact that she kept this important information from him. And then to tell him that it was destined to be this way, that's crazy. No kidding Nikki observes that yet, she isn't angry at him for not telling her. Phyllis hasn't forgotten about Shick's history. But this time, it's different. He wasn't torn, like all the times before. What he did, he did for his family. Nikki says, it sounds like they are in a good place and Phyllis confirms it. They see JT, Vicki asks, what did he find out? JT found out that TGVN is still in surgery. Nick is going to going to go see his new little sister. A concerned Phyllis, asks if he sure that she is up for it. Nick says, maybe when he sees her, he'll know that one thing went right in the world last night.

CL--Chance rambles on that he was thinking for their next date, they could go more of a traditional venue, maybe like a, small-town feel, perhaps. Chloe, not listening, says talk about Lame. Chance says or not! Chloe whines, she writes Billy off for good. And then he walks in here looking like a beat-up puppy dog, and says that she "get him," and then, poof! "Florence nightingale" walks in, and he just forgets all about her. Chance says, it's unbelievable. Chloe says, tell her about it. Chance bluntly asks, if she heard him right now? She seems to be getting all bent out of shape about a guy who's not even her husband anymore. Chloe admits, that's not exactly true.

After Billy hanging up his cell, groans that a shipment of Jabot's retro line is stuck in De Gaulle. Mac asks, isn't there someone below him who can handle it? Billy whines, when "you are stuck at the bottom rung, the only thing beneath you is the floor." He is serious. He has spent his entire adult life pretty much working for this company, and the only thing I've been able to become is a glorified shipping clerk Maybe they can get that-- doesn't surprise him, seeing how he doesn't carry a single ounce of weight with this family in business or family matters. If he did, maybe he would have a say in how his niece leaves this world. What does she think about that? Well, I think I am tired of his whining. First of all, if he showed up to work, maybe he would be higher up in the company. Jack was frustrated because he wasn't dependable. And second, it was Traci's decisions not him about Colleen
Mac think this is a really hard time for everyone. Billy says, maybe this is just what he needs so he can face what his life really is. What does she think?

AC--Jack asks, so what can he do to make things any better? Sharon points out, that she isn't his responsibility anymore, remember? Besides, he has a whole handful of grieving people he needs to look after, especially Traci. Jack wonders, sometimes he wonder how she even keeps moving. An understanding Sharon says, if she stops, she'll never get up again. Sharon knows that. He thinks it would help if he talked to her? Jack thinks, that'd be nice. Sharon asks, who's taking care of him? Jack insists, he is fine. Sharon points out that Traci gave her daughter's heart to his worst enemy, and he is okay with it? Jack will be. If the TGVN has Colleen's heart, a part of her will live on. He apologizes, he wasn't thinking. Sharon, nears tears and agrees that life does move on and needs to remember that, especially now.

CL--Chance notes, even though Billy and her are living separate lives and clearly seeing different people, she is technically his wife?
Chloe confirms that! Chance wonders, what's taking so long with the divorce? Why? Chloe says, there has seemed to be a little, glitch in the proceedings. Like her singing it
Chance asks what. Chloe lies it's a red tape kind of thingies. Chance asks, so it doesn't bother Billy or Mac that they guys are still married? It's not a problem? Everything's fine? Chloe says, neither one of them have said anything to her about the divorce not being finalized, so, she guesses it doesn't bother them.They probably don't know Chance asks, does it bother him? Aren't they tired of going through all this crap? Chloe lies again, she is and will deal with tomorrowI believe it when I see it. She changes the subject, about where he is taking her out. Chance laughs, she doesn't want to talk about that. It's a surprise. She asks, if he is going to take here to that new club across town where you have to, like, wear all white? One of those white parties?
Chance replies no, this is more of one of those "come as you are" kind of surprises. Chloe gasps, he didn't. Did he convince Kay to get the company jet and fly her to NY for a night? Chance chuckles, this is actually a better surprise than that. Chloe thinks, nothing is better than autumn in NY, nothing. Chance announces the Harvest festival right here in Genoa city. LOL, the look on Chloe's face. Not her cup of tea

Meanwhile in the patio, Billy says, go ahead tell him that he is nuts, that he has got a good thing going with Jabot, and that can't leave because the family is depending on him. Exactly Mac says she gave up the corporate ladder to serve beer at a dive bar and soup at a shelter.She was never in the corporate ladder in the first place She is the last person to encourage him to stay in the family business. Mac says he need to be somewhere that he is fulfilled and appreciated and happy. IA that Billy needs to happy in his job Billy kisses her, he feels that right here with her, he love her. Mac loves him too and kisses him. It was good that they talked things out as a couple

Hospital--Victoria sighs, she can't stand this. JT offers to find out some more information? Vicki doesn't see how it's going to be any different. He asked them before. He doubt anything's changed and is so sorry. Phyllis asks, any word. Vicki sarcastically says, no. He still alive, as far as they know.That is so rude Phyllis is sorry. She is sorry about before and she was right. It wasn't the time or the place to bring up her issues with TGVN, and despite everything that happened with Summer. She has know that she wants him to live. She want him to make it through, and praying for that. Vicki knows. Phyllis is going to call the sitter and check on Summer. Afterwards JT remarks, that's a first, Phyllis apologizing.True, but she didn't need to Vicki understand why she would be upset. She trusted her father, and he betrayed her. JT notes, Colleen and TGVN, they really haven't had a chance to talk about stuff. He isn't happy with the way things are right now. He understand she got a little upset when she saw that picture of Colleen and him. But what he don't understand is why she didn't come and talk to him before she did what she did. He would never do that to her. And he didn't think, she could do that to him, either. Vicki is sorry. She knows that they need to talk about this, but just can't do it right now. Can they please just wait? Let's just wait until they know what's going on with TGVN. An impressed JT says fine, they'll deal with this later and takes off.Don't blame JT for being ticked, Vicki is avoiding talking to him

Meanwhile-- Nick sighs, wow, when he looks at her, all he feels is peace. Is that strange? Ashley doesn't think so. Traci felt the same thing when she saw her. Maybe it's because there's been so much sadness surrounding Colleen and TGVN. And a new life is what they all needed. Nick says, they could just hear that his dad's okay, but no word on him yet. Ashley says he knows that things aren't so great between them. Nick knows, she can be angry with him. Hell, he's the reason that Summer has regressed the way she has.So is Patty But if her Dad makes it through this, he really hope that she won't keep her from him. There's nothing worse than not being able to be with your child. Ashley would never do that. Whatever problems Victor and her have, he's still her father, and nothing's ever going to change that.

In the Chapel,--Nikki tells Neil, don't go. She has spent way too much time in this chapel over the years. Ditto for Nikki. Neil remarks, the last time, he was here, he prayed that his daughter wouldn't have cancer. Nikki is so sorry. Neil tells her, don't be. A lot of blessings came out of that diagnosis, the biggest being that their family has started to heal. Over the past year, it's been very rough. he has a feeling the same thing will happen with Victor. Nikki prays he is right. Neil says, if there's one thing he has learned over the past month, the man upstairs, he really does have a plan. Nikki informs him, that Colleen's heart was a 5-point match. It can't get any better than that. But it's still no guarantee that it'll take. What if that's part of god's plan? That after all the pain that Tracie went through to give them this gift that.... what if it doesn't make it- and cries. Neil reminder her. Who are they talking about here/ They are talking about Victor Newman.
Exactly An very emotional Nikki has never seen him like this. He is so tired and weak, and it's almost like the guilt that he feels for what he's done has taken away his will to live. In all the these years, he's presented this bigger-than-life image. And maybe this is finally his way of proving he is only human, and it scares me to death. Neil knows and holds her as she sobs in his arms. Wonderful scene, felt like classic Y&R where two friends have a heart-to-heart to talk. I'm glad that Nikki and Neil were there for each other. AC--Noah couldn't reach Nick, but got a hold of Phyllis. She said Grandpa's still in surgery.
Jack better be going. Let him know if he can help in any way. Sharon just wants him to just take care of himself. Afterwards, Noah asks if she okay. Sharon will be. Noah asks, if he hungry? She can order them something from room service. Sharon asks if he knows, how lucky she is to have him? Noah isn't going anywhere. And he promises, from now on, he is going to take care of her. That is so sweetSharon retorts, he isn't. The last thing he wants is him sacrificing his life for hers. Noah loves him and Sharon knows he does. A sincere Noah is sorry if he ever made her think he didn't. "You're my mom, and I'm always going to be here for you." I'm glad Noah apologized and such a good son to his mother today. A grateful Sharon hugs him.

Hospital--Nick says, it is hard to believe that Noah was ever this small. He places his finger in the baby sleeping fist. He goes wow, Noah used to have the strongest grip ever. When he would put his finger in there, he would swear it was going to fall off, he'd be gripping it so tight. Ashley says, it's a funny, 'cause it's just like this little one. The first time it happened, it really took me off guard, because Abby was such a gentle baby. Nick is right, that's the Newman in "you."
He is amazed that she has she has a stronger grip than Noah. But they’d better not tell Noah that.
Ashley asks, does he want to hold her? Nick smiles

Phyllis asks, what is he doing here? Jack asks, shouldn't he be in Switzerland? Phyllis decided to come back. Summer was doing great. And, she got the feeling that Nick needed her. She had no idea how bad it was. Jack admits, it's been pretty excruciating. Phyllis is sorry about Colleen. She knew how close they were. Jack is worried about Traci. He doesn't know how "you make sense of losing your only child in such a senseless way." A concerned Phyllis, asks if he is okay. What is he doing in this depressing place? Jack came to see Ash and the baby. Phyllis, heard they brought her in last night at the maternity ward. It's on a different floor. Jack confesses that he also wanted to see if his sister's sacrifice was worth it, if Colleen's heart was still beating. Phyllis, doesn't know. She haven't heard anything and ishes she could tell him. She hugs him. Jack cries, it is so unfair, "Red." It's just not fair. Sniff, PB is killing me here and he is right. I love when Jack calls Phyllis, Red. Someday, I would love for them to reunite

CL--Chance explains, they're going to go bobbing for apples, and then head to the pancake-eating contest, which is a lot of fun Followed by the 4-h stables, which is where they're going to have all the blue-ribbon winners for the day. Chloe, not looking thrilled, tells him to shh! The the only festivals she attends are in Cannes, Rome, and maybe Utah, and there is no way that she is risking my Manolos by walking through manure from those dirty little beasts. Chance chuckles, they're not dirty little beasts. These are prize-winning pigs they're talking about here. Chloe retorts, but what about prize-winning movies and appletinis? Chance sighs, they're good. They're fine and fantastic. She had fun, but they’ve been doing everything she wanted to do. And he is just saying that maybe they should do something that, he wants to do. An insulting Chloe asks, so hanging out with Murphy and his cronies who wear funny hats and velvet robes is his scene? Chance urges her to just give it a chance. She might actually like it. Chloe refuses to wear gingham. it. I don't know why Chance keeps dating Chloe, when it is obvious she isn't interested in him

Back in the patio--Mac asks if he is really going to do it? Billy replies, after Colleen's funeral, He is going to hand Jack his letter of resignation. And then, they can talk about our future. Hmm? They kiss. Sweet scene

Hospital--A guilt ridden, Jack says, the best-laid plans. He was grooming Colleen to take over the world, or the TGVN’s world. He started this, Red.I love that Jack choose to confide in her Phyllis doesn’t want him to blame himself. Jack called it wrong with Colleen and Sharon. wrong-- with Colleen, with Sharon. Phyllis reveals that she knows that Sharon's baby didn't it. It must be difficult for him to go through this, especially since he isn't the father, Nick told her. She sounded disappointed, Why didn't he tell her? Remember, she asked him to tell her the truth? If Nick was the father, and he said no as he looked her in the eye. Why? Jack promised Sharon, he wouldn't tell her. She sighs, that that just makes no sense to her. He retorts, it made sense to Sharon. A puzzled Phyllis how? She wasn't with Nick when she took the paternity test. Sharon could have had him free and clear, none of it made sense. Jack explains, he wasn't free. Summer was in a bad way. Nobody knew if she was going to live or die. Sharon understood that Summer would need her father's undivided attention if she was going to make it. That his focus could not be split. Phyllis sarcastically lovely. So what he is saying is she gave up the chance to be with the love of her life. Jack adds, so that Nick could be there for Summer... and for her.

AC--Noah shows the food that he ordered for her, after she showed. Sharon said, she didn't have to do that. Noah stated that he said he was going to take care of her? Sharon might not deserve it.
Noah says, don't say that. Sharon admits, it's true. She has done things that he doesn't know about. Noah says, if this is about that ring she took-- Sharon says, it's not that. She had her reasons for not saying anything to him, and will explain all of them to him. Her only hope is that he will forgive her. Noah asks for what? Sharon confesses that Baby--Faith-- she wasn't Jack's child, but Nick's. Noah looks shocked

It was sweet and ironic as he Nick said, "You are definitely going to melt your daddy's heart. Nick asks what did she name her. Ashley says she named her Faith. Nick is completely stunned. Priceless moment
