What happens next?Brenda puts her arms around Sonny's neck then she whispers, ''Do you want to know what is the real reason I came back to Port Charles?'' ''I don't know Brenda tell me,'' Sonny said as he was starting to feel their unbreakable connection then Brenda says as she wipes a tear, ''Sonny I love you so much more than I thought I could ever did and I have news to tell you.'' Then Sonny and Brenda kiss passionately then Sonny pulls away and he says, ''What is it?'' ''Sonny we have a son!'' Brenda said then Sonny looks at Brenda in shock then he said, ''When and How?''
