Kate Howard is brought into the PCPD interrogation room.

Kate strolled into the PCPD interrogation room

''Have a seat Miss. Howard'' Mac said to her

''Do I need a lawyer?'' asked Kate

''That depends - were you in anyway involved in the murder of Sonny Corinthos''

''Certainly Not - I Loved him.''

Mac eyed her suspiciously

''Isn't it true you were shot by Michael Corinthos
and then later payed 1 million dollars to Ian,
the man who shot little Michael and put him in a coma?''

''How..How did you know that'' stammered Kate.

''We are not fools'' responded Mac
''Isn't it also true that Sonny broke up with you after he learned of the Million dollars you gave to Ian.''

''Yes''

''That upset you didn't it?''

''Yes''

''I will ask you again Miss Howard -
Did you kill Sonny Corinthos?''

''I'd like to call my Lawyer now'' said Kate tearfully.

Just then Lucky opens the door -
''There is someone here to see Kate''

''Who is it?'' asked Mac
