Carlotta's god-daughter, Adriana and Dorian's grandson, River, have done a bad thing by sneaking away in Dorian's car after drinking. And they are horrified to believe that they may have done something worse when they discover a dead woman right by the vehicle and they believe they've killed her. Luckily for them, however, Bo Buchanan and Antonio Vega can tell that this woman has been dead for days. And Nora is able to identify her as Claire Baxter, an administrator at the Hospital where Troy McIver works who Troy may have had motive to "keep quiet" by killing.
At this point, Nora attempts to contact Jen Rappaport to obtain the tape she has of Troy McIver's "indiscretion" with many different women. But Gabrielle does not want Bo having access to the tape, since she was one of the women. So she breaks into Jen's home, and removes her lap-top computer with the evidence.
Troy demands that Jen hands over the incriminating tapes. But interestingly, as he screams, demands and threatens her, the "nice-guy" Troy comes out, who begs and pleads and apologizes for his wrong-doings, says he just doesn't want to lose his medical license, and he says: "Shut up, Colin". So, I guess this means he's suffering from double-personality disorder or is "assuming the identity" of his evil twin brother.
Jen demands that he takes her to her mother before she hands over the tape. So Troy takes her to the "rubber room" where he's taken Lindsay but once Jen gets in, he locks them both inside. Unfortunately for Troy, by the time he gets to find Jen's computer, it's already gone. Troy discovers Gabrielle's earrings and immediately connects.
Bo and Nora discover that all the files from the Mitch Laurence homocide investigation have disappeared. They immediately suspect Antonio Vega. But there's no proof. Walker has the files and proceeds to burn them, when Jessica appears and witnesses what he's doing. Although this clears both of them of the murder,Jessica is upset because it could incriminate Lindsay Rappaport. But Walker is glad to be done with this whole thing.
