One Life to Live Update for Monday, 27-Jun-2005

Bo and Nora want to nail Asa and believe that he kidnapped Blair and had her incarcerated in a hospital. But Asa is somehow able to pay off the doctor and nurse at Wingdale Hospital to deny that he was the one who kidnapped her. Asa then tells Blair that he will strike a deal with her. If she drops the charges, he will help her go after Margaret. He informs her that he has better resources than the police and might be more "effective" in going after her than Todd will. Realizing that Todd might get himself in trouble if he takes matter into his own hands, Blair considers Asa's offer and denies that he kidnapped her.

At the Woman Of the Year ceremony, Evangeline's mother keeps telling her she should consider Kevin and that he is so much better of a catch than John. But she keeps telling her mother that she is not ready to just jump into another relationship and even if she was, Kevin is clearly still in love with his ex wife.

Natalie decides to go through with Rex's plan to make it look like somebody hurt her so John will attempt to rescue her. John really believes that something happened to her until he runs into Rex and Rex admits that it was just a setup.

Marcie reveals to Lindsay that she blames herself and her book for what happened to Julie and Hudson. Lindsay encourages Marcie to realize that Jen would not want that. Right before Evangeline is ready to accept her award, some sick idiot grabs her and takes her away.

Unfortunately, it looks like the true identity of the killing club murderer is a character who seems very cool and desirable and not somebody who should be "wasted". And his sister, who has one thing going for her in being very intelligent, just won't look so brilliant anymore, not knowing that her brother is a murderer.
