Hugh informs Nora that Mrs. Davidson “made a deal” with Hayes. Normally, that might be good. That could enable them to find Natalie. She can tell by Hugh’s expression, however, that he is not optimistic about the outcome.

Viki tells Bo that she decided that she will do what Hayes asks for (setting a serial murderer free) if he can tell her where Natalie is. But Bo tells her they cannot let her do that.

Dorian is on the phone informing her wedding planner that Viki Davidson will be her matron of honor. She then informs David that she knows he has not agreed to make Spencer his best man yet. And that is why she notices that he appears to be slithering out of there and avoiding talking to her. She demands that he calls his brother.

Right then, Spencer looks to be spying upon Blair. She gets a call from Asa. Asa asks her where Todd is. Is he home screening calls? She informs Todd that he is at church. Asa seems to know that Todd might very well have run into Margaret and he tells Blair he cannot hear her, there is a bad connection, and he terminates the call. He knows he better make sure that Todd does not run into Margaret.

In the church, right behind Todd and Blair, Margaret tells her “baby” that this “complication” has to end. Right then, Todd comes by in an attempt to find his son’s frog. She peaks her head in and sees him. She then tells her baby it might not be necessary after all to “set the bomb” I guess that means she is considering murdering Blair (or Todd) if all else fails. But when she sees him there, by himself, she gets the idea that he is “coming to her” and that it was destiny.

Spencer approaches Blair and asks her to tell him what is on her mind. He can tell that something is worrying her. She doesn’t want to come out and tell him about her “visions” where she thinks she sees Margaret. But she tells him that Dorian tells her that she believes he has a “thing” for her (Blair) with the way he looks at her. In response to that, Spencer tells Blair that her aunt is right on the money with believing he has a “thing” for her.

Noticing Todd and making herself scarce outside the door, Margaret talks about how her “love” with Todd has blossomed. The priest tells Todd that he’s very happy that he’s chosen to marry Blair in his sanctuary. Right then, Todd runs into Asa and can tell that something is going on that he does not know about. Asa tells him it’s about Margaret.

Viki tells Bo that she realizes that it is not “standard police procedures” to let her cut a deal with Hayes. But she tells him that Hayes promised to lead her to Natalie. He tells her that she cannot trust Hayes. He’s a liar. He’s too slippery. And if he goes free, far more people than just Natalie are in danger. But she tells him there must be some sort of way to trick him. She then breaks down, crying, urging Bo not lose sight of the fact that this is her daughter and she is desperate. When Bo sees Nora and Hugh, they ask him about Viki’s “deal” with Hayes Barber. It looks like the new DA and ADA CANNOT let that PSYCHO go free. But Bo tells them there have got to be ways to bargain with him in order to get Natalie back.

Spencer admits to Blair that he understands the concept about not being able to take his eyes off of something or somebody, but knowing that does not mean he wants to take it or steal it. And that is how he feels about her knowing she is engaged and committed to Todd. He tells her she is a real beauty. He tells her he’s done a lot of things in his life. But stealing another man’s wife is not his thing. He then makes light of it and she laughs with him, while he asks her about Dorian’s crazy ideas. She confirms that Dorian does kind of “concoct” what she wants to believe, because she so dislikes Todd. And they laugh about how she wants to scheme to get Blair paired up with somebody else.

At the church, after making sure he is unseen, Asa confronts Margaret, demanding she gets out of there or else she and that baby are not going to make it.

Bo tells Nora that he is not suggesting that they actually give this creep anything. But if he pleads insanity, Viki might be able to get him into one of those cushy mental hospitals. Nora reminds Bo that Hayes is a serial killer. He says he knows but maybe if they throw him a bone, it might give him some incentive. She talks about how he is offering that slime ball a low security country club. Bo asks Nora what she would be willing to do if it was Matthew that was missing. Hearing that, Nora really cannot argue.

Dorian tells David that Viki is stubborn, she is condescending, she is willful. But having her think that she is Dorian’s ali is to her advantage. And she asks him why he cannot do the same thing with Spencer. She tells him he must know that you should keep your friends close and your enemies closer. She tells him that if Spencer believes that David is his friend, he will be able to display his “niceness”. But David tells Dorian that the only “niceness” Spencer has is when he is out to get someone.

Spencer seems to have a lot of fun with Jack while with Blair. Right then David calls his brother telling him he knows he must be busy reanimating the dead but he needs to talk to him. Spencer asks David if it’s important. David says yes. Spencer agrees to get there as soon as he can. Spencer hangs up and tells Blair it was David. She informs him that David sold off her son. Spencer doesn’t seem to know that his brother did that to her. She tells him it’s a long story that she will discuss with him at another time.

Asa tells Margaret that he will pull strings for her and her “love child” to re-unite with Toddy, if and only if she does what he wants. In the meantime, she better get out of his sight,. But she warns him he better not mess with her. She leaves and Todd appears without seeing her. He tell Asa that he does not buy this crap about losing Margaret on a mountain top and how Asa’s men could not get a clear shot at her. Right then, Blair calls Todd and informs her that he ran into Asa. Asa looks to Todd like he is sick. Todd tells Asa he is not going anywhere until he gives him the real story about Margaret. He asks Asa where she is. Asa tells him that Margaret is right around the corner.

Margaret returns to Asa’s. And his butler, Nigel notices her, thinks she’s an intruder and threatens to call the police. She tells him she is Mr. Buchanan’s houseguest. He remembers that he’s seen her before.

Asa appears to Todd like he is ill and possibly senile. But he tells Todd he is a man of his word and will kill Margaret. Todd tells Asa that his word does not mean Jack. He wants Margaret’s head. He wants it within 24 hours. OR else. Right then, Blair enters and knows there is something a little odd where Asa first wants to talk to Todd and then wants to talk to her. She asks Todd what is going on. She asks Todd of Margaret is dead. Todd does not know what to say. Then he informs Blair that Asa did kill Margaret.

Bo brings Hayes out of his jail cell. Nora tells him as the DA, she cannot offer him immunity. But she can offer Mrs. Davidson some clout to make his life a living hell if he does not tell them where Natalie is. She asks if he plans to plead insanity, knowing how unbearable his prison term could be. She tells him that if he does not get the death penalty, there are many institutions with many different types of “features”. Viki tells him there is one where most residents end up committing suicide. And they conclude that they would have preferred a lethal injection. They also tell him that there are some institutions that would attempt to rehabilitate him and consider making him a free man in a few years. Viki again asks him where Natalie is.

Spencer goes to meet David at La Boule. David makes a comment about how he hopes he did not interrupt Spencer’s brain transplant. Spencer says he had to get there to find out what he wanted. He confronts David about taking Blair’s baby and is ready to taunt him. But right then, they are interrupted by Dorian who greets Spencer and asks him if David has asked him to be his best man. Spencer smiles and replies to her that he knows that is what David wants (although he’s never heard David say any such thing and knows he never would). Dorian gets on the phone and is out of “ear shot” of their conversation, while Spencer tells David he made a good choice. He reminds his brother of all the things Dorian would not want to find out about him and all the skeletons he could let out of the closet that would be the end of him and Dorian for good.

At the park, Ginger encourages Starr to go and talk to a boy she likes. Starr talks to him.

At the church after Todd lies to Blair about Margaret being dead, he asks if it’s really true. He admits that he lied. Margaret is not dead. He just told her that because he did not want to worry her. She tells him she is horrified to know that Margaret is still out there. He tells her he demanded Asa find her and kill her within 24 hours or else he will do it himself. Hearing that, Blair tells Todd that it does not make her feel any better to know that he will get involved in it.

At Asa’s, Nigel tells Margaret that he happens to know that Mr. Buchanan did not invite her to stay in his home. He remembers that Asa had a $1 million reward out to find Blair Kramer. And he remembered that she kidnapped both Blair and Todd and attempted to kill them and is still wanted by the police. He turns his back to call the cops and she is ready to hit him over the head with a vase. Asa then enters and informs Nigel that Margaret is his guest.

At the station, Hayes keeps taunting Viki, Bo and Nora about how desperate they are to get Natalie back and how they are failing.

David asks Spencer what kind of “secret” he has. Spencer tells David he cannot really say. It’s too lethal. Dvid asks if in addition to all that went on between them, there is still more bad news. Spencer tells David he will do everything within his power to make certain that Dorian never finds out David’s secrets. Right then, Dorian enters and tells him that she’s having problems with all of the details that she needs that are not yet ready for their wedding. Hearing that, David suggests they postpone the wedding. He tells her he knows their wedding would not be complete without the details she wants. She agrees and goes off. Spencer tells David he’s getting overly paranoid. And right away Dorian knows there is something going on with David and wants to know what the real reason is why he is postponing their wedding.

After talking to the boy she likes, Starr asks her mother if she can go out with him if he asks. Blair says yes, IF he asks her out. SHE cannot ask him out. And ONLY if it’s during the day. And ONLY if her dad says it’s ok. Blair is still looking all around the park. Starr asks her mother if she sees Margaret Cocharan.

At the station, Nora is having her visual and dizziness problems. Hugh knows she is not well and asks if he should take her to a doctor. Bo apologizes to Viki for their failure to get something out of Hayes.
