Bo reveals to Antonio that he has not found Jessica or Tess. Antonio tells Bo that he’s afraid that Tess will get Jessica into a situation that will hurt her and he knows that Tess is not alone. Right then, Tess goes outside and sees a vineyard. She tells Nash that this is not like the picture she showed him. She looks disappointed. He tells her that she must see potential. She goes away and he hears a scream. He finds her standing on a table. She tells him that she saw an army of bugs. She reveals to him that his building and his vineyard needs a lot of work. It’s nasty and unsanitary. He tells her there is electricity and running water and he will call an exterminator just for her. But she tells him that she does not like this place and it’s not what she’s expected. She tells him he’s promised her something better than this place. She hates being in the middle of nowhere. She admits to him that she hates hard work. She tells him she finally got to a place in her life where she doesn’t have to worry about that and where she is in charge. And this place sucks. He tells her that this is his idea of freedom but he realizes he cannot keep her here. He concludes that she can do whatever she wants but he is staying.

Spencer comes to offer Paige his congratulations. But she tells him to go away. He tells her that he’s been thinking about her for a long time. He’d like them to be friends again. And he reveals that he’d like to talk about one specific TIME they had together. But right then, they are interrupted by Bo. He asks if he’s interrupting something. Bo tells her that he encourages her to accept her offer to be chief of hospital staff. But she tells him she is turning down the offer. When Spencer leaves, Bo seems to know that he must be bothering Paige and if that is the reason why she is turning down the offer, he will talk to Spencer. She tells Bo that the reason she’s turned it down is so that she can spend more time with him. He tells her that he has two important cases on his hands. One with Margaret Cochran, and the other with his niece Jessica.

Evangeline goes to the gym and appears to be getting on with her life. But Nora informs her that she knows she still has John on the brain. Layla comes by and tells her sister that maybe she should be trying to find out John’s big “secret”. Evangeline introduces Nora to her sister. Nora then leaves. Layla keeps working on Evangeline to go after John’s secret, find out what makes him tick, not keep wondering, because she knows that Evangeline still loves him.

Natalie and John are getting it on. But he appears to have “something” on the brain. He looks through Christian’s DNA file while she is in the shower and then hides it in his closet.

Antonio runs into Ginger at Capricorn. He tells her he’s very worried about how “Tess” can hurt Jessica. He reminds her that “Tess” is not a person. She is a sickness. Ginger suggests that maybe Jessica is better off as Tess and asks him what is wrong or sick with having another personality. Right then, RJ Gannon enters, hears their conversation and asks what is “wrong” with Jessica. He seems “gleeful” to find out that Antonio has an unstable girlfriend and caretaker for his granddaughter, knowing he can use it against Antonio in his court custody battle for Jamie. Antonio then sees his daughter. Layla interrupts him and asks him to introduce him to his daughter. He introduces them and Layla shows Jamie a bunny rabbit made out of a napkin. RJ notices Ginger and tells her he knows he’s seen her around his club. He tells her he knows she’s used a fake ID. He tells her he won’t get her in trouble if she tells him what she really knows about Jessica Buchanan.

Antonio tells Evangeline that he can't take any more of these limited "supervised" visits with his daughter. SHe tells him that if he doesn't want to lose more, he cannot miss his visits with his daughter. He tells her that he missed his most recent visit when he was trying to find Jessica. She asks him why she cannot be found and reminds him that RJ and Lindsay are really impressing the social worker and getting her to support their side, Lindsay's recent loss of her daughter gets them both more sympathy and leverage. ANd maybe he should spend less time looking for Jessica if he wants to get his daughter back.

Tess reveals to Nash that she does not think his winery will succeed. He tells her that if she does not like his scene, she is free to go. She tells him she knows he will miss her. Right when he thinks he’s seen the last of her, she returns and tells him she broke her heel and realizes what she’s been thinking. She’s realized that if she stays there and works hard with him and puts down roots with him, then she will be just like Jessica. She then realizes that people loved Jessica but nobody ever loved her. But she got to thinking that maybe she is wrong and maybe there are different kinds of love. He admits that he’s been making efforts to get rid of the bugs. She tells him that she hopes if she stays there, he won’t expect her to starting baking bread. He tells her he won’t expect her to be or do anything she does not want to. She shows him a sign she made for his winery, revealing that she ruined a good tube of lipstick to make it. And it looks like they are reconciling again.

Nora runs into Paige at the hospital. Paige reveals to Nora that Bo knows about her dizzy spells. Nora says she’s tired of all these different doctor and diagnoses. She’d just like them to leave her alone.

John finally gets on the phone and calls the prison, in order to talk to one of their "John Doe"s whom he knows is Christian Vega.
