One Life to Live Update for Monday, 9-Jul-2007

MATTHEW & NORA (ANGEL SQUARE DINER)

Nora and Matthew are at the diner, where Matthew tells Nora that he isn't hungry. Nora asks Matthew if there is something bothering
him, and he asks her about Tate Harmon. After Nora explains to Matthew a little bit, he tells her that he read a newspaper article about Kirk, and that he was just wondering if Tate felt like he had no family.


MILES/COLE/TODD/SPENCER (THE STORAGE ROOM & PARKING GARAGE)

Miles again tells Cole that if he tells anyone where to find Todd, Marty will go to prison for killing Spencer. Cole runs out of the storage room, and Miles goes to follow him, but Spencer's spirit stops him. After some discussing, Miles tells Spencer that Cole is not a murderer, and he continues to talk to Spencer. He says that he can't kill Todd, so Spencer reminds him that Todd is a rapist. Spencer also says that Marty is afraid to face the consequences for murdering Spencer, and that Cole is most likely ratting him out right now.

In the parking garage, Miles loads Todd into Marty's trunk. Spencer's spirit is there as well, and Spencer tells Miles that he better get out of here and dump Todd's body before John starts snooping. Miles reminds Spencer that Todd is still alive, and Spencer says that if Todd gets away, he will go after Marty. Miles asks Spencer why Todd would go after Marty. Spencer tells him because Todd will think that Marty abducted Todd as a way to get back at him for raping her all those years ago. Miles gets in Marty's car and
drives off with Todd in the trunk.


MARTY/COLE/BLAIR/STARR (MARTY'S APARTMENT & THE STORAGE ROOM)

In Marty's apartment, as Blair walks around looking for Todd, she is accusing Marty of
knowing where he is. Marty denies it and Blair tells Starr that Marty has Todd. Blair continues to throw her accusations at Marty, and Starr begins to beleive what Blair is saying. As Blair is hollering at Marty, Cole walks in. Cole tells Blair to talk to Miles if she wants to find Todd. Blair asks Cole why she should talk to Miles. Cole tells Blair because he knows that she thinks Miles has something to do with Todd's dissappearance. Blair asks Cole how he knows this, and Starr reminds Blair that Cole agreed to spy on Miles to help find Todd. Marty is shocked to hear that Cole has been spying on Miles. Then, Blair finds out that Cole was in the storage room.

Blair, Marty, Cole, and Starr arrive at the storage room. Marty pulls Blair aside and asks her if she really thinks that Todd is really inside. Blair accuses Marty of stalling so Miles can get away with Todd. Marty tells Blair that there is only one way out of the storage room, and that if there is someone in there, she doesn't want Cole to be involved. After, Marty gets the key to the storage room from Cole, they go inside. But, all as they find is an empty cot.


JOHN/DAVID (VIKI'S GARDEN)

John tells David that he is an eyewitness to Spencer's murder. David tells John that he didn't witness the murder. John tells David that he knows that, but the real killer doesn't. David figures out what John is telling him, and he refuses to be bait to catch the real killer. David then asks John about Marty's part in all of this. John tells him that there is hardly any evidence against Marty, but David tells John that that doesn't mean that she is innocent. After that, David tries to give advice to John about women, and John tells David that it is none of his business. As David is continuing to try and give John advice, John gets a call from Blair. Blair explains to John what is going on, and John heads for Marty's


MARTY/COLE/BLAIR/STARR/JOHN (MARTY'S APARTMENT)

Cole apologizes to Starr for everything that is going on, but Starr tells Cole that he has nothing to be sorry about. Starr thanks Cole
for spying on Miles. John arrives. Blair tells John everything that is going on, and John asks where Miles is. Marty wonders the same
thing, and calls the doorman. After Marty returns, she tells John that the doorman said that he just saw Miles taking off in her car.


VIKI/NATALIE/ROXY/JESSICA/NASH/PAIGE (FOXY ROXY'S & LLANVIEW HOSPITAL)

Nash carries Jessica into the hospital and explains to Paige that she collapsed outside of the courtroom.

Viki and Natalie are at Foxy Roxy's where they are getting a manucure. Roxy brings up the subject of Vincent to Natalie, and both Viki and Roxy start to think aloud that there is something going on between Natalie and Vincent. Natalie assures them that they are just friends. After being asked by Viki if that is what she wants, Natalie replies with a yes. So then, Natalie asks Roxy if she is going to ask Viki about her love life, too? Viki says that there is no man in her life at the moment, and just then, Natalie brings up David. Viki says that David is only a houseguest and a good friend, like Natalie and Vincent. Then Viki's cell rings, and it is Nash. Nash tells Viki what is going on with Jessica. Viki tells Natalie and Roxy the news before she and Natalie leave.

Viki and Natalie arrive at the hospital, where Nash again explains what happened. Right after, Paige comes out of Jessica's room and explains that Jessica had a fever of 102, but it came down and they got her stablized. But, there is bad news that Paige must share as well. Paige tells the three of them that Jessica is beginning to reject the liver.


DAVID/ROXY (FOXY ROXY'S)

David arrives at Foxy Roxy's and goes inside, where he sees Roxy. After a short conversation, Roxy tells David that Jessica is back in the hospital. David rushes out to go to the hospital, to see how Viki is doing.
