One Life to Live Update for Thursday, 1-Nov-2007

Sarah remained very angry at Natalie. About both Jared and "trying to control her life". Through arguing, Natalie told Sarah that Jared blackmailed her and Jessica, and is just trying to get into the Buchanan clan through either Jessica, Sarah, or herself. Sarah went chasing after Natalie once she stormed out.

Nora and Clint had a little talk about running into each other in the hallway in the middle of the night. Nigel escorted Dorian into the room. Clint and Nora had difficulty controlling their laughter upon Dorian asking what was so funny. Dorian broke the news to Clint that she couldn't make it to Texas whenever he invited her to go with him. Dorian was ready to change her mind whenever Starr called with news about Langston, forcing Dorian to once again become unavailable to go to Texas with Clint.

Jessica and Nash arrived at Asa's (or Renee's now, I guess) mansion. They were surprised to see Jared there, and were not happy to learn that he had moved in. Renee walked in, and Nash and Jessica both shared their concerns about Jared moving in. Renee told Jessica that Jared is now one of her really good friends. Sarah and Natalie came in, and Natalie was not pleased to see Jared. Sarah and Natalie continued with their argument, which brought Clint in. Sarah invited Jared to come to Texas with her, and Renee was very happy to learn that Jared would come. Still totally clueless about Jared's true motives, she invited him and Sarah to take a walk with her outside. Clint convinced Natalie that if Jared makes Renee feel better, then to lay off for now.

Nigel talked to Asa through his picture, and wondered aloud how he would break the news that David Vickers is Asa's son. Nigel also said that Max was the only other living soul that knew, and he wouldn't say anything. Very little does Nigel know that Alex eavesdropped on his conversation with Max two months earlier. Somewhere not yet revealed, Alex continued her search for David.

Blair and Marty arrived at the holding cell that John and Todd where locked up in. Blair informed Todd about Jack running off on Halloween, but Todd knew that Blair assured Jack that they still and always will love him. Blair pushed Todd's buttons before going somewhere private to talk with Marty. John threatened to leave Todd in Georgia while he continues the search for Marcie on his own. Blair and Marty returned, and said that they would bail them out, but from now on, they will all be sticking together as the search for Marcie continues.

Langston came to La Boulaie, and Starr feared that if Langston was busted skipping school, then Mrs. Woodrow could change her mind. Langston assured Starr that Mrs. Woodrow told Langston to miss school today to come by and tell everyone the good news that Mrs. Woodrow is going to allow Blair to become Langston's foster mother, and that it could be official before the end of the day. Starr feared of what would happen with Blair being out of town for the next few days. After Dorian got a call from Starr, she returned home, and began to hatch a plan to convince Mrs. Woodrow.

Viki began her shift at that Texas diner. Gigi, Noelle, and Moe all teased Viki about her "night" with Charlie. Viki assured the three of them that she only helped Charlie check into the motel. They giggled and didn't believe Viki. Charlie arrived, and everyone went back to work. Charlie told Viki that he heard what they were talking about, and assured her that he would tell everyone that nothing happened between the two of them. Viki later had a conversation with Noelle about men. Viki, Gigi, and Noelle were annoyed by Moe again. (I think that Viki is going to run into one of the Buchanan's whenever they go to Texas for the reading of Asa's will. Just my thought).
