Rex promply takes Shane to the hospital after he says that he is sick. When Gigi arrives at the hospital, she is annoyed that Stacy tagged along with Rex and Shane, but is relieved whenever the doctor tells them that Shane is only sick because of eating too much junk food. Gigi goes back to Rex's loft with them, where she demands that Shane get his things, and return home with her.
In the boiler room, Blair passes out before Tea is able to tell her secret, and Tea passes out soon after. Meanwhile, John shoots and kills Powell, as he is about to slash Todd's throat. John instructs Todd and Marty to take baby Chloe to the hospital to get checked out, while he stays behind to search for Blair and Tea. Once John finds the two women in the boiler room, he John calls 911. At the same moment, Rebecca wakes up, and hears John say that Powell is dead. With Blair removed from the bioler room, John goes back for Tea, but is stopped whenever Rebecca appears, and lights a match. The room explodes.
En route to the police department, Jessica begins to remember what Bess did the night of Chloe's birth, and passes out. Brody takes her to the hospital. Back at Llanfair, Natalie and Jared tell Viki, Charlie, and Clint the truth about the baby switch. Though Clint refuses to believe this, he quickly rushes off to the hospital with Viki after learning about Jessica. Arriving, Clint and Viki see Todd and Marty with the baby, and it isn't long before Jessica and Chloe are reunited.
