Will spiral out of control with nobody there for him this time.

-Carly doesn't care
-Anna wants to take him down
-Ava is going to keep his med situation to herself
-Josslyn wouldn't spit on him if he was on fire
-Michael is pretty much out of his life
- Even Laura seems to trust Cyrus over Sonny

The only person that will try to be there for him is Dante and he'll probably push him away. This all seems a bit different than his other breakdowns. At least there's that.
