I just wanted to correct you on that point. I really didn’t mean to get into a whole thing. And I certainly didn’t mean to annoy you or make you mad or whatever this is I’m getting right now.

I didn’t say you said that. But you have told me repeatedly about your friend signing away rights as if that somehow proves something about TJ’s rights, when it doesn’t. So to me, you seemed to be laboring under the wrong impression.
Unless there is a typo I've made somewhere LOL. I have stated multiple times now that:
1. No paperwork has been signed.
I’m aware.
2. It is TJ's sperm
Again, I’m aware.
3. IMHO, TJ will have parental rights
You are certainly welcome to this and all opinions. Legally, he will not have parental rights when this child is born. Whether or not he can establish them after the child is born remains to be seen. But I’m guessing he’ll succeed.
4. If TJ's parental rights do not exist once the child is born--it won't be hard for him to establish those rights with a paternity test.
Agreed, assuming he can get a court order for one.
If you're under the impression I haven't stated those things, then I don't know what we've been debating about. 😏
