friend and I had this very discussion an hour ago. My response to him was she could’ve said: “ I have an obligation to inform the chief of staff because I have concerns. I’m being honest as to not blindside you.”

A friend would have done that. I mean he kept her confidence when she was losing time, hearing voices, and destroying stuff. She was still going to work too right? He should have gone to Terry and Britt but he supported her thru it.
