Liz didn’t want revenge and it’s absurd the way he yelled at her at the Nurse’s Station. Epiphany would have kicked angry regressive nasty butt right out. Liz is Head Nurse and she honored her obligation by reporting him to the COS. Pretty sure his former reinstatement was conditioned on sobriety. So he broke that. But they were still willing to get him help, keep it quiet. Instead he exploded. He isn’t fit to be around patients right now.
