… evidence (and they are), then why can’t they have sex to get evidence? I think it crosses an ethical line, but I’m not sure it means the evidence automatically gets thrown out. I know that undercover cops can have sex with a suspect if refusal to do so would blow their cover, but I’m not sure if any of that would apply here. Whatever the case, I wouldn’t count on GH to get it right.
I don’t think Anna’s goal is blackmail. She said she would turn that phone over to Jason at some point so he can give it to Cates to make the FBI go away. I’m just wondering how she plans to square that with Valentin.
