TJ and Molly haven't changed their desire to be parents. They can't conceive together. Krissy practically begged them to be their surrogate and she is worrying about "what if" scenarios that don't even exist. She is the one changing what all parties stated what the final outcome would be: Krissy carries baby and gives baby to TJ and Molly to raise.
I just am baffled that they clearly knew the law going into this arrangement and still haven't gotten married.
I'm on TJ/Molly's side because as much as they have been micromanaging and paranoid--the Perez Hilton interview and Krissy's use of "our" baby shows that she is too emotionally involved and Alexis cautioned her about this very thing before she was even inseminated with TJ's sperm.
