Scotty would have jumped in with: "Look, curtains open or closed does not mean that an accident didn't occur. It was the heat of the moment. My client just witnessed something tragic and was probably in shock."
And it's funny that spoiler for today says "Anna makes an arrest" (Ava) but wasn't she already under arrest? Unless now they want to charge her with additional charges since the baby died.
I hate hate hate this story. Sometimes soap formula is good enough. It was an accident but Kristina says she was pushed to stick to Ava once and for all. The truth comes out eventually and Ava is vindicated. Kristina grieving, would be even more so out for vengeance and Diane could argue that my client was not in her right mind after losing her sister's baby and pleads temporary insanity. That way, Krissy gets community service and no jail time for making a false report.
These writers are hacks. Point. Blank. Periodt.
