But Jason is just an enforcer. He was not the HEAD of one of the Five Families as Sonny is.

So Carly needed to be killed because she knew too much when Sonny was in NF, but Jason....Sonny's enforcer for 30yrs is okay walking the streets? Especially given the fact that he's also run Sonny's organization at times in the past. But again, like I said this show can pick and choose what they let go based on what they need at the time. All of this gets silly.
