today is factual. Had Kristina not taken upon herself to go confront Ava--the fall would never have happened. It was a tragic accident but if Kristina had showed some restraint or thought it all the way through, she would have avoided Ava. It's a subpoena. Only a judge can cancel it. Her demand of Ava was pointless.
Everyone keeps saying how evil, treacherous and conniving Ava is right? Kristina knows that she killed a woman. So why go confront her alone? If anything, do it in public. At the very least, confronting Ava would be enormously stressful. At most--Ava shoots, stabs or bashes her in the head with something. All the more reason to stay away. Kristina didn't do that and we know the rest.
As much as TJ and Molly crossed boundaries where Kristina's personal life was concerned--they are right to largely blame her for what happened.
