No. He did not question her. It was the cliffhanger. He approached her at the hospital as she was about to leave and just said "Kristina Corinthos-Davis, you're under arrest."

Basically, this is his very clunky plan B since Sonny/Jason found the pharmacist and he spilled his guts.
