Jason honors Anna's request not to expose Valentin until he can make it out of town with Charlotte, and doing so gave Jagger what he needed to rescind his deal with Jason.

Now she wants Jason to not tell Sonny that Valentin is the one who switched his meds.

Now Charlotte is on the run, and will have no way of knowing when/if her mother dies or recovers and is cut off from her grandmother.
