Have a custody battle or a loosing the baby -- both just doesn't work! Kristina has also suffered a loss -- she has a bond having carried this baby, she's gone through a major trauma, and she is hormonal. So thinking she could simply have filed the papers and taken the baby home is not practical. But the papers were there, she is feeling the loss and thinking about being a mother to the child.

Kristina doesn't know what she would have done once the baby and been born and gone home with Molly and TJ. Especially after talking to an attorney and finding out how long and drawn out it would be with the odds of her winning not in her favor.

Yes she does. Did you not hear her tell Alexis that she had planned on keeping the baby? She said those very words while holding the affidavit.

Watching the two sisters fighting it out in court is a valid storyline. Having them fight it out over a baby that doesn't exist is not.

Also, I saw an Ava give Kristina a small push that caused her to trip over a suitcase. I could be a good sport about Kristina flying through the open window and landing in the pool -- but not breaking the window and continuing through it to the pool. Unnecessary making the scene less dramatic,.

Sorry, but that's not what happened. Kristina went to walk past her and Ava momentarily grabbed her arm/shoulder. In response to that, Kristina said "Don't touch me" and she pulled away and tripped over John's bag. Ava did not push her.
