wasn't always a Sam fan, but I began to really like her when they paired her with Dante in addition to not being so tied into Jason. She is a popular character with plenty of GH ties, so why would they cut that character? I always hoped they would develop a friendship between Sam and Elizabeth on GH. Yes, I agree with most of the characters you listed except maybe Ava. I started liking Ava when they paired her up with Nikolas and when she developed a nice relationship with Trina. Lately, the writers have written her in an unappealing way-from savvy to not so smart
