It'll probably be an OLTL or AMC name actress playing his mom. Or minor GH character that hasn't been mentioned in 25 years. Like is Katherine Delafield? V. Ardonowski? Miranda Jameson (oh please no)?

(Yeah I'm being facetious but then I also know Frank by this point...)

A good story would be Nikki Langton's secret son with AJ, or Lydia's secret son with AJ. So I doubt either of them. It'll be the name actress from another soap.
