Penthouse. Sonny then stated he had to go to the Quartermaines to talk to Micheal/Dante first and would then meet him (Jagger) at the station. Jagger then said "I'll save you the trip, I'll meet you at the Quartermaines". Jagger could have done it at tye Station and chose not to. I don't think Sonny intended to kill Jagger when this conversation took place.
