I saw this on another website. My mind kind of went here too. John Cates was an FBI Agent. He was murdered--Port Charles should be swimming in FBI Agents right now, investigating the murder of one of their own. They would likely work with local law enforcement but they would surely take the lead as they outrank Anna and PCPD.

Just now about to start today's episode, so maybe they show up if not--where's the FBI? Hack writers 🤦🏾‍♂️
