It would be fitting for her to be instrumental in saving the day. As it is, I find it ludicrous that Carly, Elizabeth, Ann, nor Jason were able to get in contact with Laura & Kevin to update them on Lucky's exact location.
Laura would want a guaranteed line of communication to check on Ace or if Lulu takes a turn for the worse. If anything, Jason AND Drew should have gone with Anna.
