It's wild to me that some of you are declaring degrees to cheating and justification for it. At least that's how it comes across. She cheated first, but a kiss is vastly different than full on sex. Licking his wounds or not--Michael crossed a bigger line first and has no moral ground to stand on here.

Those who have been cheated on. Would you have felt any less betrayed about it if your significant other was drunk? Not me. Sober/grieving/sad/lonely/hurt/angry shouldn't matter.
