Guilty for sparing his life in Africa. And Jason would feel guilty for listening to him. But imo there's a reason Cyrus is hanging around the hospital. Unless that's a red herring. I'm wondering if Lulu could hear everything Cyrus was saying when he was visiting her and maybe that's partly why she's pretending to still be in a coma. I still think he's the one that tampered with her ventilator a couple months ago.
