Watching the show ... if going by what I saw in the hotel room, it was totally an accident. Kristina was i Ava's face and she pushed Kristina away and she tripped over a suitcase. HAD THE WINDOW BEEN OPEN, I would see how it could be presented to the jury as an accident.
However, if I were on the jury, I would find it almost impossible to believe that a quick push and tripping over something would PROPEL HER THROUGH A CLOSED WINDOW with enough force to fly into the pool.
I could be a good sport about Kristina flying out the window clear to the pool had the window been open -- but the drama of seeing the window shatter for me at least had the opposite effect.
