I am guessing that majority of the rooms have their own private bathroom. And of course Ned/Olivia and BLQ/Chase share a room. Bottom-line, that is still a ton of people. The grocery and water bill must be outrageous. The adults and even the kids have already figured out that Drew and Jason got into a fist fight. Kids are good at picking up on tension. Does everyone have a key? Jason doesn't keep normal hours. It's a mess. Aurora owns Bobbie's brownstone. That would have been a much better idea or even how it was back in the day. Sonny and Jason had identical penthouses across the hall from each other.
This thing with 1/4 of Port Charles living in Monica's house has become an overused and pathetic joke.
