While concern for Monica is important -- it is immaterial at this point. Angry that Willow cheated on their loved one -- especially since it was with a relative/close friend of all of them -- valid.
If Michael were healthy, it would be about Michael and Willow getting together (and definitely without Drew) and deciding on joint custody.
But Michael is facing a medical crisis and is fighting for his life facing a long hospitalization and recovery. (I will admit my prejudice, my biggest fear, including death, is waking up in a burn unit).
So right now the only consideration should be what is best for the children. Having the children separated from their father while he fights for his life is scary enough. It is not the time for them to be separated from their mother.
Drew shouldn't be anywhere near this decision, and not something Willow should be considering right now. In fact, even if their relationship was as pure as Willow thinks instead of as skeevy as I think, Willow should not limit Drew's time with the children while all of this is playing out. Everyone needs to back off and let Willow take are of her kids -- and she needs to table her romance with Drew until things settle down. And Drew should shut his mouth and focus on his new elected position for now.
