We already saw Cody do this twice. Please don't go back to that well again. I pray that this doesn't boil down to Gio overhearing a conversation.
I can see it going a few ways:
1. Dante and Gio's interaction continues to deteriorate and either Lois, Lulu, or Cody blurts it out as things escalate.
2. Someone overhears Lulu/Carly or Lulu/Cody discussing it.
3. Now that Lulu knows Dante still loves her, maybe she will tell him b/c she can't stand lying to him any longer.
4. It comes out at a Q party, Memorial Day cookout or the Nurses Ball which begins 5/20. With the amount of people this will impact, I fully expect it to be a bomb that is dropped for maximum fallout and maximum eyeballs. All the players will be at the Nurse's Ball!
5. Gio gets injured somehow and Lois is forced to spill the beans so that one of his parents can save his life.
I think that scenarios: 4, 3, 5 are the most likely in that order. If that makes sense. They better not make us wait much longer. BTW, Gio joined GH one year ago today!
