I am not so sure, but they definitely are writing him into a corner. It's one bad act after the other. But he hasn't done anything heinous--yet. That being said, I do think Drew might flip out if/when Willow tries to leave him. Will he lock her up? Kidnap her? His love is thisclose to obsession. Would he go as far to rape her? Let's say he does and then word spreads about it. And he exposes Portia's crime--resulting in her getting fired and license suspended. The suspect list would be plentiful:

Jason?
I'm just not hopeful. Cyrus was primed for one and that didn't happen. And now there are three unsolved deaths on the show that have been dropped: Austin, Agent Cates, and Cyrus. Although, they believe Cyrus is on the run. But the audience knows he's dead.
