Drew has been in this from jump street. Willow is completely under his influence. Drillow sucks. He has committed blackmail and planted evidence but Willow hasn’t broken any laws—thus she doesn’t deserve to lose her children for moving in with her husband’s uncle. It’s not illegal.
Lose her children? She hasn't lost anything. Not yet at least.
Jason beat up Drew for hurting Michael. He’s lying about Sasha’s baby to protect Michael. He told Carly to stay out of it and let Michael and Willow deal with it. He went to Drew’s house and kidnapped Amelia because Michael asked him to. This is a prime example of do as I say, not as I do! Jason should be arrested. No ifs, ands, or buts about it!
I don't see this as kidnapping and my guess is neither will the police. At least when it comes to soaps, especially this one.
