Moving onto another man, sure. But this is her husbands uncle that cheated on her husband with. I mean judgement and needs of the children should and in a normal court would certainly be looked at by a judge. Same goes for Michael, his family drama/violence and infidelity.
Like i said, i think both are good parents but her judgement as well as his need to be shown and let the chips fall where they may. I have a feeling a compromise might happen. But we'll see.
