in every sense and it's not accurate. My friend has 18 year old twin boys and one of them is a slightly taller than the other. Their parents can tell them apart, but when they were kids, it always took me a minute or two. The shape of their faces is also different. Both wear glasses, but one now wears contacts. They are close but totally different personalities. Charlie is the extrovert and Dylan is the introvert.
