Yup. She stole it and her mother implanted her with it and used Dante's sperm. She tried to pass the baby off as Patrick's. Liesl altered the DNA test to ensure everyone believed it. Rocco is Lulu & Dante's biologically child!
As for Kai it would've made more sense if he was a basketball player than a football one.
Good point. I am not trying to body shame him, but to sell the notion he's a star athlete--the actor might want to hit the gym to add a just a little muscle mass.
