try and secure his freedom by any means necessary, including violence. Regardless of who his father is--he did nothing to Sonny and was innocent. It's been stated more than once that Marco has only been Sidwell's lawyer for his legit business dealings. Just like it's wrong that Michael was BBQ and nearly died and Kristina was trapped in a fire--Marco is not to blame for the fact that his father is a mobster or for the things that he's done. Sonny looks heartless in this because Marco risked his life to save his worthless daughter.
I dont disagree. But he wasn't being beaten. He attacked someone to try to escape and a fight ensued......he lost said fight. I'm not agreeing that he should have been taken. I'm pretty confused as to why Sonny got a jet to Lucas though tbh. It's like he took Marco to force Sidwell's hand and never planed on having him very long. Again, strange writing.
Carly being a mob moll for nearly 30 years shouldn't amount to a hill of beans. She lost Morgan due to Sonny's world and she is a focking idiot to risk her freedom and life for a man she left due to being in love with another woman. Infidelity = bad but murder/kidnapping/beatings = acceptable. This heifer knows next to nothing about Jack Brennan and ingested poison meant for him--yet she thinks she has a leg to stand on regarding Lucas falling for Marco?
But you expect her to what, turn on Sonny and Jason after all this time? Her being a mob moll for 30yrs goes a long way to show her pattern of behavior. Shes a hypocrite and has always had selective outrage.....this is what and who Carly has always been. Her behavior today should not be surprising. And I dont think she's wrong in telling Lucas he's out of his element here and doesn't have a clue what he's getting involved in.
