really bad to a new judge (since the bribed one is now dead) who could then give the kids back to Willow. Drew can be the "hero" who promised he'd get the kids returned to Willow and by blaming Michael, he just might.

Drew can claim Michael shot him out of anger over him and Willow reuniting or just Drew having broken up his marriage previously or Drew threatening to expose the judge was bribed, etc. There's any number of motives Drew can claim Michael had to shoot him.
