in fact. She's not Scout's blood relative or her step-mother. Who could argue with Molly, a member of the justice system, taking care of Scout? At least that is her niece. What about one of the Q's? Tracy? Olivia and Ned? Literally anyone else?! (I didn't watch today, BTW, so I don't know why she is going to Willow. I assume maybe Drew had some legal documents about it.)
