Honestly I think Laura should just focus on being a grandmother/mother/friend like she's doing. Given the eventful life she's had it would be nice if she just wanted to slow down but yet gets roped into sticky situations despite that.
I know people are bothered that Kevin isn't onscreen but honestly I'm fine with it. I mean it's not like their relationship got a lot of airtime in the first place.
It's not as if she gets a lot of airtime either so I'm not really seeing a problem here unless you aren't a fan and just want her to go away.
