Because from a soap standpoint, it makes perfect sense. They continue to bond over waking up in an alternate reality, they fall in love, Maxie wakes up, messy triangle ensues. They need to pair Lulu with someone, and I’ve been wondering what they were waiting for. Maybe they were waiting for Nathan.
Speaking of falling in love, I think Michael and Jacinda might fall in love for real. I like the actress and wouldn’t mind her sticking around for a bit, as long as it’s not another Abby saga where she ends up flattened by construction equipment. 🏗️
