writing team, and that can change on a dime. Look at Kristina, who was once a fan favorite. Same for Drew. Now people wish them dead daily. And the same could and probably will happen to Chase if the character is around long enough. It just hasn’t happened yet.
My problem with Chase is that he isn’t the brightest guy. He has repeatedly jeopardized his career by going off on someone without thinking through the consequences. His motives are usually good, but the fact that he seems to have self-control issues makes me wonder if police work is really the best job for him. He never learns from his mistakes.
I can’t wait until he, Nina, etc. find out how wrong they are about Willow.
