True, Alexis can't tell anybody else she knows Willow is guilty of shooting Drew. However, Alexis can tell Willow SHE knows she's guilty. She doesn't have to tell her WHO gave her information that proves she's guilty, but since he/she were in the house illegally, he/sge can't speak without facing legal trouble. So while Alexis was able to keep them from testifying and she can't tell anyone herself, she KNOWS Willow is guilty.
