Off the top of my head we saw it with:

Valentin and Carly (happening now)
Luke and Tracy
Ava and Nikolas
BLQ and Chase
Skye and Jax
Cody and Molly
Anna and Valentin (well he always liked her)
Franco and Carly

All of the above started off disliking if not hating each other before becoming an actual couple.

I honestly feel like Tartin hasn't happened due to how often MEK takes time off. I think I read somewhere it's family related. I don't know how true that is.
