Did she tell her so Nina could continue to drug Drew when she's in Washington? If so, she's ok asking Nina to not only keep her mouth shut, but now Nina will also be guilty of drugging leaving her vulnerable since Drew is still alive. If he is rescued, Willow has made her mother complicit in his being kept a medical prisoner.

Willow clearly doesn't care about the consequences for her mother. Why doesn't she just help Drew die?
