Casa de Spencer: WSBarbie is like the Energizer Bunny. She just keeps going and going. Heaven forbid she listen to the man who has decades of experience as a spy. Nah. She knows best and can take care of herself. One thing that I've always hated about soap writing is how children talk to their parents. Yes. I know it's a drama but I just wish Carly would hit Joss with a: I am your mother and you will not speak to me like that. If you can't respect me then leave my house until you can! I remember an interview Victoria Rowell (Drucilla Y&R) did where she pushed back on a scene where Lily was talking back and being disrespect. VR said that no Black mother would allow that. So she suggested the line: "Young lady. I don't care how upset you are. If you ever take that disrespectful tone with me again, I will slap the taste out of your mouth. Do I make myself clear?" The writers let her do it.

Hospital Happenings: I'm tired of Cullum. I'm so glad Britt reminded him that she was out cold when he was shot. Really dumb of him to ask her who did it, when he knows damn well she was unconscious. And his new marching orders make no sense. How exactly is Britt supposed to produce timely results if she starts having more symptoms? Of course these Wrighters would never pen that!

Casa de Collins: At the very least, I think Laura and Ezra will grow closer. They are trapped. I gotta say that I was surprised she took him home vs Metro Court or some cheap motel to sleep it off or you know--to his house?! I still think a romance is possible. They clearly care about each other. She told him today that she won't let Jenz kill him. How she plans to stop it is beyond me but she said it. I would not be surprised if Jenz didn't drug them both and put them in a compromising position. As I posted already--BTG has been extended thru 2028 and Jon S is under contract. That means Kevin won't be back anytime soon. Either kill him off or recast. How about Vincent Irizarry as the NuKevin?
