Isn't she the dangerous driver in this situation? The two cars didn't collide so you can't say the other person fled the scene since they probably didn't even know Jordan went off the road. It's not a crime to not stop after after a car nearly hits you. 🤷🏻♀️ But also, you can't prove the car that scraped the guardrail was the one that swerved to miss Jordan. It could've been BLQ moving over too far to avoid a different bad driver before Jordan's accident happened.
