The bishops are saying that their catechesis (teaching of the faith) sucks SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH that they have to order/direct people not to sign a petition in hopes of keeping an item off the ballot to keep the ballot measure from passing. This "pro-life" organization has nothing that will entice people to continue a pregnancy if the issue is financial/economic and zero compassion if there is a medical issue. To me, it's just this side of, if it's not actually, election interference...and FPOTUS Trump is about to find out if it's really illegal.
